Our programs
The lapid experience
Our flagship program offers a holistic model that delivers on the development of the next generation of Africa leaders. This program equips young leaders with the skills and values that will enable them be the leaders in the marketplace.
Lapid crossroads
This program is designed for young professionals with at least 3-5 years of experience in the workplace. It equips young professionals with the management and leadership skills they need to lead organisations.
Digital apprenticeship
This is an exciting new program that is currently being pioneered. It seeks to embed high capacity digital apprentices to work with small businesses for 3-6 months to enable the businesses to build their digital presence.
